Haskell County Health Needs Assessment

Satanta Hospital is embarking on a community health needs assessment to assist in planning to continue effectively serving Haskell County. Your input is needed to help identify needs, gaps, and/or strengths related to health in Haskell County. The following link will take you to a brief survey regarding your experiences and perceptions of health and health care services in Haskell County. The survey also includes a section on Civic Capacity (how you feel about the community). This survey is for people age 18+ who live in Haskell County. The survey will take about 20 minutes or less to complete. You’re not asked to identify yourself in this survey and only group results will be shared publicly. This survey will be open until April 18 at 5:00 p.m.
